"I booked this property for a last minute getaway to the Vineyard. After seeing what was available, I thought the price appeared reasonable, particuarly for a house walking distance to Edgartown. The property is exactly as described and the location is unbeatable. Also, the outdoor deck is wonderful. "We loved this cottage from the moment we walked in the door for the first time. Check In was perfect and especially liked the lock box at front door in case of an unintended lock out. It always felt like you were coming home at the end of each day. The wonderful kitchen bar was our organizational center for our stay. Bedrooms were perfect with each of us having our bathroom. "We had a wonderful time. The house is very comfortable and well equipped with everything you need. The decor is coastal…love all Annie Selke furnishings. We enjoyed the hot tub and back deck despite being chilly. Christian was extremely helpful and responsive. All in all, we had a wonderful long weekend and hope to come back again soon."

"The house and backyard are beautiful! We enjoyed cooking in the large kitchen. It had the right amount of space for everyone in our family to have room. One of the upstairs bedrooms had a closet sized room that fit a pack and play, which worked out really well. All questions were answered very quickly!"

"We were 3 adults and the house had ample room for 3 or 4 others. Everything was very clean and neat. Bedroom linens were so nice- my daughter wanted to replicate in her apartment. Living room was freshly decorated with a very comfy couch. Kitchen worked out great and had all the kitchen supplies and cookware we needed. (Its nice to have foil and plastic wrap available). "The house is very close to town - you can walk to get ice cream at scoops and get home before it’s melted. And yet. You’re far enough from town to feel the peaceful calm that Edgartown offers. The sound of church bells / the sea breeze / flower lined streets. If you need a vacation - look no further."

"The house is in a perfect location in Edgartown. 3 bedrooms and full bathrooms in the main house and 2 bedrooms and full bathrooms in the guest house. The guest house also has a little sitting area. The house is on Eel Pond in a quiet and calm area of town. It’s about a 3 minute bike ride to town making it a perfect location. "The house was a wonderful place to gather with friends and family. All of our children, ages 10-16, loved the games which kept them happily occupied during downtime. The main floor was beautiful and was such a relaxing space to enjoy the spectacular view. The number of bathrooms made getting ready for the day so easy! We hope to return!"

"This home is stunning! No detail is missed. You truly will enjoy every minute of your stay here. Communication with the owner was extremely responsive through the booking process and stay. Pros: (1) Basics provided such as paper towel, toliet paper, washing detergent, soap, coffee, coffee filters. (2) Bikes were provided but we were unable to use them due to weather.
