Main feedback would be to have some water available in reception (aside from the welcome bottle that’s there), and that the sofa in the family room was very uncomfortable and the bottom cushion’s continued to slip out. "We were pleasantly surprised to find the restaurant served gourmet food without having to leave the property. The bartender kindly gave us insight to the caliber of food served onsite and it made for a great anniversary celebratory dinner. The hotel location was perfect for catching the tram into Strasbourg and walking into the residential area to enjoy a local pub."
