Cottage of 110 m2 with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, large kitchen and dining area, large living room with fireplace, 30m2 terrace with 1000 m2 of land available.
The apartment is fully furnished, fitted kitchen, TV + internet.
It is 25 minutes away. from the island of Oleron, Royan, 30 minutes. from La Rochelle, 5 minutes. de Rochefort Sur Mer and its Spa, LĀ“Hermione, one of the most beautiful market in the Charentes.
Within a radius of 30 km. you can do all kinds of water sports like terrestes, there are hundreds of bike trails.

Vacances la rochelle, Rochefort, Ʈle d'orlƩon

TrĆØs bon sĆ©jour dans la rĆ©gion de la rochelle. le logement est Ć  proximitĆ© de nombreux commerce. Il est aussi bien placĆ© pour visitĆ© la la rochelle, Rochefort, l'Ć®le d'orlĆ©on, l'Ć®le de RĆ©, Brouage. La plage la plus proche n'est par contre un peu boueuse et pas trĆØs appropriĆ© pour la baignade. Cependant, il y a de nombreuses plages Ć  proximitĆ© (25 min) qui sont protĆ©gĆ©es des vagues par les Ć®les et qui conviennent pour les jeunes enfants. Pour faire des activitĆ©s comme le body surf, il faut se rendre un peu plus loin sur l'Ć®le d'orlĆ©on (40 min), mais Ƨa reste raisonnable. Le propriĆ©taire est disponible et partage ces connaissances sur les bons plan locaux ce qui facilite et amĆ©liore le sĆ©jour. CotĆ© logement, pas de remarque particuliĆØres, il est bien Ć©quipĆ©, quelques frelons de passage le soir, 110 m2 de plein pieds (seulement 4 marches pour arrivĆ©e en terrasse, cf photos), la route a proximitĆ© s'entends un peu le soir mais pas la nuit et ne nous a pas dĆ©rangĆ© plus que Ƨa.
