"older blonde lady with glasses at the front desk had an attitude while i was trying to check in but changed her attitude when i told her my reservation was already paid for. other than that it was a clean room, random ppl that aren’t staying at the hotel wandering the parking lot from the plaza nearby. easy check out process."

"I loved to stay at Soboba, our room was clean and inside the casino as well, even all the restrooms were clean too. Staffs were very nice and accommodating. This was the 2nd time stayed at Soboba hotel. We are definitely coming back again if we like to the casino, soboba is always our first choice. 👍👍❤️❤️"

"Unfortunately the room was dirty. Toothpick and hair all over the floor. I complained and was told the maid service would take care of it the next day. After returning for the day the floor was in the exact same condition as well the shower backed up. It’s not a good look when you take a shower and your feet are covered in backed up dirty water. Very surprising for The Mission Inn!"

"Great property. Location close to everything and the hotel had wonderful options. The continental breakfast was spectacular. I really was impressed by this. Downside, a few of the hotel rooms had visible damage on the doors and the bathrooms seemed to have water damage. Beds were comfy and the pool was quite nice. "
