"The hotel is in an old building but clean with good internet. The breakfast was provided in the room and was just what we needed. The hotel is only a few minutes walk from the town centre. Excellent and we hope to return"

"I was in Nottingham for just 16 hours and so I needed a hotel centrally located and “decent” which is why I chose a chain and the Regency BW Signature sounded very posh, however whilst the room and towels etc were clean, the floor I was on was under renovation and my biggest frustration was the shower. It was broken and was not fit for purpose. Which for over £100 should be standard. I reported the issue on checkout but I was offered nothing other than an apology and that it would be fixed for the next guest. "
