"My stay at the Westin in Annapolis was amazing. The staff was helpful, courteous and friendly. The rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious. I will definitely visit them again in the future. "

"Great location and close to great restaurants. While pet friendly it was difficult to find a doggy potty area. The bathroom had had a leak that was barely patched and the bath had no fan. The parking was valet and we thought our car was parked in an enclosed area but we later saw it in a school parking lot."

"We had absolutely the Best Service We have had in many Years. There was on glitch. the Desk Lamp worked the first night then did not. I asked the Housekeeper for a new bulb but that did resolve the issue. It was on a weekend and no Maintenance Staff on Duty at the time I reported it. "
