"The front desk staff was refreshingly pleasant! After driving for 11+ hours (just me & my dog), it was so nice to be greeted by the friendly front desk clerk & checked in with ease. For the building being so old, it’s well maintained & everything worked. My only suggestion for comfort-related improvement is to change how they prepare the pillows; which were condensed in the pillow cases to half their size. I had to release each pillow to soften them & the stuffing was very lumpy. However, I still slept great; as the mattress was perfect! The room was very spacious, and included a comfortable armchair & ottoman, which is different from most hotel room seating."

"This place is so very thoughtful. Complimentary wine when we arrived, a nice Italian restaurant connected to the hotel, a great pool area for young kids, amazing outdoor space with walking paths and fire pits with s’mores for purchase, and excellent customer service (even having a toothbrush for us when we forgot my sons). The rooms are modern, spacious, quiet, and clean. Fridge, freezer, microwave, safe, hairdryer included. 10/10 I’d stay here again, especially with the very reasonable price we paid. Looking forward to continental breakfast in the morning before checkout. "

"Booked here because it was somewhat the halfway point to Sturgis from MG,Mn. Checked in late and was kindly greeted by the front desk personnel. The hotel was quiet & clean and accommodatable. "

"Our first time staying on this side of town. Area is nice. Enjoyed the hotel. Room was clean and comfortable. Had a view of the falls with balcony. Great service at their bar and enjoyed some Arancini with ice cold beverages before heading over to Ironwood for an enjoyable dinner with a nice view. Would definitely stay again, as most importantly, the staff was nice to my dog!"
