About this property

Cabin on the Big Sioux River with a 100 acre wood.

  • This a home that was built in 2012. It is outfitted with new everything, appliances, beds, furniture, gas grill, linens, everything.Very open floor plan with 25 foot ceiling in the great room. Huge 17 foot high fireplace in the great room. Open balcony above with 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom. The walkout basement level is now finished, it now has 2 bedrooms with queen sized beds and 3 couches. So there are five beds in all, a king sized one in the master bedroom, 2 queen sized beds in the upper loft area and 2 queen sized beds in the basement. hot tub out back. Huge deck off the great room. The back of the home faces SW overlooking the beautiful river valley. The lights of Sioux Falls can be seen in the distance 12 miles away.

We absolutely loved our stay at this house. The fireplaces are cozy, there's so much room to spread out, and the hot tub is an added bonus we enjoyed. The house in the country was so quiet and a wonderful change from the city.

This home was perfection! We enjoyed a relaxing stay, the accommodations were clean and the owners had thought of everything we would need or want.
