"Rooftop did not have enough space for guests on our arrival night. They booked a wedding the next night so we couldn’t even enjoy the views. The gym was small. No ventilation and AC was not working. It’s on an upper floor so it gets warm late morning and when others are using it. There were 3 of us in the gym and that was already uncomfortably tight. We had to to step around each other to get weights."

"The hotel is stunning! Walking up the spiral staircase was a dream and I hardly took the elevator. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The pool is nice and very pretty. Overall an excellent stay, though I did see what other reviews mentioned which was that the property could use some maintenence. Little light flickers, a tap that sometimes drips, etc. But the charm of the building is more than enough to make up for that."

"The location is perfect and the hotel is beautiful. However, the grout and caulking in the washroom in our room is in desperate need of renewal. Staff at the breakfast buffet were very pleasant and friendly. Loads of food choices at the buffet and plenty of restaurants nearby, go off the main street to find an abundance of restaurants with fantastic tapas m."

"The hotel is next to the Alhambra. Check-in was slow due to busy season. The room was small and the sinks were out of the actual bathroom which has a separate bathtub and a small shower with toilet and a bidet. The shower could be cleaner. The TV has no Internet connection and if you need to change the room temperature, you would have to call the front desk. We came to Granada for one night just to see the Alhambra, so it was alright. Overall, the hotel is very convenient to go see the Alhambra!"
