Great location and very helpful staff. The hotel was comfortable and the service was excellent. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to assist. I really enjoyed my stay and would happily stay here again.

Hotel decor is amazing, gives the local vibes and is located in Albaicin, within walking distance to san nicolas lookout. There is also a bus right in front of it can take you to Alhambra directly. Detailed touring recommendations are provided for everyone which is very helpful! Breakfast is also great with yummy sweet melon :)

Beautiful authentic building in a great location. Staff were unobtrusive but always helpful when needed. Easy walking to cathedral and Plaza Nueva. Great view of the Alhambra from our tiny balcony. We used taxis and buses. Bus stop near hotel. Buses can take you to the Alhambra or the centre of Granada or up into Albaicin.

Great place to stay. Rooms well planned. Fluffy towels, firm beds and good pillows. Check-in staff and other staff were excellent and provided great service. We requested a kettle and cups. Someone brought it up in two minutes along with tea, coffee and milk. Very good location. Could walk to the old town. Supermarkets and dining options around.

Great location adjacent to the Alhambra and close to the old town. Fantastic views over Granada. A very stylish grand hotel with lovely staff.

Great hotel. Great location. Only issue was pool only open for 2pm and in roof top bar area.
