"Overall was satisfied, and Nate felt welcome and safe environment for me, and my grandchildren and my family! Hotel was making upgrades to the rooms and doing a great job. I had plenty of hot water could’ve sat in there for over 24 hours and wouldn’t of ran out as I said they are updating and upgrading after Covid. A lot of places aren’t exactly as they are pictured but at least this hotel is making the necessary repairs and updating it’s facility!"

"The room looked clean-until I looked behind the bedside table for a plug and saw trash that hadn’t been cleaned up. The “comforter” on the bed is as thin as the sheet. The breakfast buffet was fine. The single treadmill in the gym was broken. The cleaning products they use smell so strongly that it almost feels less clean. "
