"The property was extremely clean upon arrival, and matched the online description perfectly. The bed was very comfortable. The hot tub works flawlessly (I would say that the addition of a stool for entry/exit to the hot tub would be convenient, but that is literally our only critique/suggestion). Everything worked and we had no issues during our stay. Communication regarding our reservation and stay was timely and thorough. We will definitely look into this rental again for our next Gatlinburg...
