The staff were as a whole friendly and helpful. The room was clean but rather dated. I suggest that if you are a senior citizen you enquire if there is a walk in shower in your bathroom. Ours was in the bath with high sides and was very difficult to get in and out of. The restaurant ( because of the pandemic ) was not operating at full steam and I hope would be significantly better when things return to normal.

View from room was fantastic. Went had breakfasts downstairs. Food was GREAT and the service. Check in and out was flawless.

Lovely hotel with a great location . Only thing I did not like was the fact the pool splashes over the balcony while your trting to eat at the restaurant.

On arrival my bed covers had blood stains and toilet was filthy. Poor cleaning of the room throughout the stay ( bins not cleaned, glasses, towels, soaps etc not replaced). Poor service in restaurant for dinner

Could do with a makeover, in particular, stepping into a bath to shower is no longer acceptable for any age group. There is no non slip mat in the bath, or when you step out of the bath, no hand rails for support. On the whole staff were friendly, helpful. Breakfast was very good and should satisfy most people with the amount of variety on offer.

Friendly staff. Car was parked safely overnight. Our room was clean and tidy.
