"The room is clean. The only flaw is I were assigned a room whereby the toilet was away from the shower room, quite incovenient. The location is very good and convenient."

"Hotel Monterey Grasmere was such an amazing place to stay. Right nearby the train station and a mere ten minute walk from Dotonburi. Staff was so accommodating for letting us drop off our bags early as well as letting us leave our bags for safekeeping while we explored the city after checking out before heading back to Tokyo. Rooms were immaculately clean. Shower/tub combo was such a wonderfully relaxing amenity. Beds were very comfortable and room was a great size for our needs. Staff was very friendly and informative. I would definitely consider staying here again the next time I come to Osaka"

"Amazing hotel!!! We stayed four nights and it was the best hotel of our trip to Japan! The location and all the amenities were fantastic : the incredible breakfast, the happy hour with free wine, drinks and food. It really feels like a luxurious hotel. The only con is the size of the room but it shouldn't stop you from choosing this hotel. The bed is very comfortable and the room is very beautiful. I would go back without thinking."

"This hotel was clean and very comfortable; in a great location with walkable access to lots of restaurants, the trains were close to the location. There is a stairway at the corner that leads you down to the underground where you can find many options to eat and shop. We ate there several times. We also enjoyed the restaurant right across the street one flight down called Batten Yokatoh. Excellent food"
