They have created a very cozy atmosphere in the hotel and take the trouble to learn each client's individual preferences. They were willing to go the extra mile for e.g. to meet my vegetarian requirements, outside of the menu. The property is classically Chettinad and they have made every effort to preserve the beauty of the old mansion, while adding every modern convenience and the end result is simply exquisite! I would truly like to stay at this hotel every time I visit Pondy

Had a great break here with colleagues whilst working in India for a few weeks. The resort is large, and a bit too spread out, but is well finished and relaxing. Pool area was nice, restaurants were excellent and the general vibe was understated quality. Would definitely go again if I spend the weekend in Chennai.
