"As a result of a cancelled flight, I found myself here. They were extremely helpful at the front counter. There is a new self check in process that gives you your room key. This is amazing and so easy to use. The staff were also happy to sneak in a free room upgrade for us. Amazing room, amazing everything. This will now be my go to hotel when I stay in Sydney. Also being located next to public transport/train station is very handy. If you are more of a family traveler or a light night snacker, Maccas and KFC as well as an All Hours Deli is right across the road."

"I booked a room for my parents; 3 nights at a huge discount! They absolute enjoyed their stay! I was abit sceptical because of the huge discounts and it was also my first time booking using the Wotif app. But the place looked so clean and luxurious! "Definitely a luxurious hotel with extremely comfortable and plush beds. My husband has back issues and this is one of the main reasons why we keep coming back to this hotel. We are here three times this year and each stay is about a week. Almost every staff member is outstanding in terms of being friendly, approachable and meeting your needs and beyond. We will definitely be back in 2026."

"Centrally located just beside Martin Place this is a very nice hotel with friendly staff, spacious rooms with all the facilities. The parking offer with Wilson Parking about 3 minutes walk away was also very convenient. "

"Amazing view from our room, had both ocean and city views. The apartment was clean, spacious, and the layout worked well for our family (two adults and two teens). It was quiet—we couldn't hear any of our neighbors, and construction noise was mostly blocked out when the balcony doors were shut. The property was well maintained, and having the 3 pools helped to spread out the guests so nothing ever felt crowded. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!"
