"We had an amazing 2 night stay prior to a cruise departing Sydney. The hotel location, hotel appearance inside & out, staff, room, and breakfast all earned the 5 star ratings. They had rooms ready & without asking, offered us early check-in. The rooms were well appointed, beds/pillows & linens very comfortable. The bathroom & large tub was welcomed after a long flight. Breakfast included in our selected room cost was exceptional. If ever in Sydney again (or any other city with a Paradox Hotel), this is where I will stay! Thank-you, Paradox Hotel & Staff!!"

"The location was ideal to visit many wonderful places, plus local transportation was easy to access. Full marks from that aspect. Unfortunately the room although clean & updated was quite small & difficult to stow even small suitcases. Some of the reception staff were quite abrupt & seemed annoyed when asked questions or directions. Hanny& Mark were exceptions at the main desk & were friendly & caring."
