"I had such a great stay at The Chicago Hotel Collection Magnificent Mile Hotel & Suites. From the moment I walked in, everyone made me feel genuinely welcome. Kory checked me in and she was incredibly kind — patient, warm, and just overall amazing. Later on, when I needed to extend my stay, Raymond took care of everything quickly and with zero stress. Super helpful. The bar was another highlight. Drake, the bartender, is fantastic — friendly, attentive, and makes a great drink. He really added to the vibe. And I have to mention the owner. He was so kind and down‑to‑earth, took time to talk with me, and even gave me some great recommendations around the city. You can tell he truly cares about the guest experience. Overall, the staff, the energy, and the location made this an easy 5‑star stay. I’ll definitely be back and recommending it to friends."

"The room is dated and overpriced for the lack of amenities in the room. Heater was not working during stay. Not properly cleaned with left over hair ties. The breakfast bar and lounge bar are a nice touch, however the staff is rude and not very willing to help. The manager of the hotel being one of the worst. We had left items and had an incredibly rude experience trying to get them back. The front desk was rude and unprofessional. When we got the manager he said “this is more of a housekeeping issue”. This is clearly a hotel/management issue after 10 days with no contact. The manager begrudgingly helped us finally get our items found. Honestly feel if we hadn’t hounded them I never would’ve received my items. Do not recommend this hotel. Will be writing an email to corporate as well. "

"Had a great stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff was very friendly. The location was perfect, close to everything we wanted to do, with lots of restaurants, shopping, and attractions nearby. It made getting around super easy."

"Room was clean, Property location was walking distance to all the sights. Hotel doesn't have parking but they send you a link where to park with a discount which wasn't a bad price. I would stay here again"

"The pub below was nice to have and the rooms were clean. They were able to hold our bags for us when we got there and when we left with no extra charge. Our room was ready when we got there thanks to the online checking in. Check out was easy and there was almost always someone at the front desk. The only thing I didn’t like was no exhaust in the bathroom so it made the room hot, but we just turned the temp down."

"The hotel is beautiful and has very helpful staff. Room is not as nice as shown in pictures- feels a little musty and dark. The view is also not amazing at least from the lower levels. However, it is a great place for a short visit and in a beautiful location."
