"Check in was 4. We arrived after 4 and room was not ready. We and many other guests sat around a crowded entrance waiting with our luggage for our rooms to be cleaned. We had 2 double beds one of which was broken. The ro was really sub standard and poorly maintained lots of thick silicone caulking around sink and toilet. Just disappointing. The exit door would not close and stayed open al the time we were there in very cold weather. We left early and glad to be back home. The food in the restaurant was very good and the pool was nice. We will never go back. "

"This is a great hotel overall — the staff is friendly and attentive. For example, we requested a crib for our son and when we arrived it was in the room and set up, which is very rare. Usually at best you can expect a hotel to leave a pack and play in the room for you to assemble, but this hotel made it easy. The pool is small but well-maintained and the space is nice. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Very child-friendly. The only drawback of this hotel is that the continental breakfast is not good. The supermarket-type stuff (bread, yogurt, fruit, cereal) but anything they make in-house (sausage, eggs, pancakes) was really terrible."

"The hotel itself is not in a very desirable location with hotel having security on site 24/7. The overall atmosphere of the hotel is very dated, in need of repair and updates. Our room particularly had a ceiling tile in the bathroom falling down, part of the chain missing to chain the door and stained carpet, with a note stating it had been cleaned and to basically ignore it. The sheet on one of our beds had burn holes in it. The ice machine was broken and you needed to get it from the front desk. This was not told to us upon checkin. While looking for it a security guard came off the elevator on our floor and when I asked him where to find the ice machine he informed me that it was “damaged by a previous…guest” and then proceeded to inform me how busy the night guard had been and asking if I found it loud over night. This did not give me a good feeling about the safety of the building. Needless to say we will not be staying there again if we need to return."

"Very nice hotel. My only issue was breakfast, there was no protein 😔 they had breakfast sandwiches to put in the microwave and that was it for a “protein” option. No breakfast meat, no eggs, not even hard boiled eggs… they had toast, cereal, pancakes, yogurt, but definitely missing a solid protein!"

"Room was huge and clean. Hot tub was lovely. The one morning they made fresh omelets for you and that was such a nice change."
