"The toilets need to be upgraded. They are way too low, particularly for senior citizens. They should be replaced by toilets with higher levels which are ADA complaint. Second, I was sealed at night by noise (probably by teenagers or young people) in the corridor. The hotel should have a strict policy of ensuring no loud noise in the corridor after 9:00 pm. The rooms are not well insulated from such noise. However, on very other score, I would rate the hotel highly. The room was super spacious, very clean and with all the amenities, including a coffee-maker, nice big screen TV, and plenty of toiletries upon request. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. Overall rating of hotel 4 out of 5."

"Great location in downtown SLC area. Grounds, staff, rooms, experience all a "10". We stayed here for a few days while attending a banquet event over the weekend. The craftsmanship on all the wood and marble are amazing and the property is certainly among the nicest we enjoyed. Rooms were spacious and well appointed appreciated extra bathroom & dressing area. 10 out of 10 overall!"

"Honestly, this hotel was perfect. It was in the best location. It was very clean. The staff was super friendly. Sabrina at the front desk was so nice and we really enjoyed this hotel. The parking is right in the building which made it very convenient. This hotel is near many restaurants and places to catch dinner which was great for us. It was in the middle of downtown and they had many bars nearby. The breakfast was actually delicious. I have Celiac and they had an entire gluten-free section which was really great for me. Highly recommend this hotel and we will be back."
