"The valet parking was very expensive for my vehicle to be parked in an outside uncovered lot near other nearby city lots that were about $15 cheaper. One of the valets offered to assist me with the rolling cart to my room and left me in the lobby without returning to assist. Valet parking needs improvements."

"It was the worst. There was loud music outside the window all night, the staff did nothing about it. The toilet was broke, the staff did nothing. When a new room was request they said they could not accommodate, because the manager was not there. We were told we had to”catch the manager because she did not come in at a scheduled time. I left a message for her to call me, she never followed up. When we were preparing to leave the cleaning staff came in took our food, beverages and personal objects that we were packing in the car and said they thought we left. We had not checked out or turned in keys. As a matter of fact we still had a day on our reservation. Very poor quality hotel for such a nice city."

"The bathroom in our room and down by the breakfast/pool area was gross. The breakfast was not the best. The valet was way backed up when we got there with only one employee, but he was so kind and worked very hard to quickly get us parked. I definitely would stay again because it is so close to things downtown. It was not that bad, it was okay. "

"Valet parking was excellent. The young men were courteous, respectful, and very accommodating. The Gentleman over maintenance was wonderful. He came to adjust the heating and cooling in my room. The gift of bottled water daily was a blessing and very much appreciated! My room was wonderful and the meals in the Eagle’s Nest were delicious!!!"
