"This condo is exactly as pictured, but better in person! Great location. Great view from the patio. A quick walk to Lake Como and a quick drive to Lake Geneva. All the comfort and amenities we could ask for! Felt like home away from home, which is what we wanted. Super comfy bed and thoughtful coffee bar. Lovely host who made the entire process easy! "Too early for outdoor pool. Front desk person at check in was not very friendly or helpful. Made us feel less than welcome. Didn’t seem interested in answering any questions. We had a lakeside room but it overlooked the roof and was not an attractive sight with all the mess on it. Plus they were installing some kind of big unit so it was noisy. We wouldn’t have bothered with a lakeside room if we had known that was th view. I"
