The hotel is nice and the staff are friendly and helpful. The food was lovely and we also used the spa.The hotel is near to two museums which is good, but about 20/30 min walk to the center. One of the main negatives for me was that the hotel is fronted by a busy road, and so of the rooms have patio doors which aren't actually fully flush in their frames so the noise is louder than we would have preferred. Couldn't comment if the rooms without balconies are quieter. Our AC also wasn't working so the room was boiling.

This hotel is right by the Red Line Luas. So convenient to the City Center and all the touristy things to do.
Staff are so friendly and helpful!!!
Amazing breakfast spread.
The shower was spacious and beds comfortable and the room was laid out well.
There is a Tesco Express just down the street if you need anything.
Since it is in the financial district, it is quiet and safe and we had a lovely stay.

Loved the location and staff. Will def stay again....but fell short of excellence as hotel room and hallways show a little wear and tear. Cant beat the location or the great staff.
