"The Carleton square Hotel in Haarlem, NL is an excellent place to stay. Within walking distance of the town center even for seniors with mobility issues. Very clean and comfortable. The elevator was a must. Most importantly the staff are warm, friendly, helpful and professional. The restaurant is excellent. We definitely recommend it."

"Stayed in room on the 6th floor close to elevator and maybe a custodial closet? Constant noise of doors opening and shutting. Shower was leaking but it worked. Water pressure could be better. Staff was amazing: Friendly and helpful!"

"House cleaning left dirty towels in the room for the entire stay we had to ask multiple times for new towels. Waves bar staff were incredibly rude however Marvin and the front desk said he would address these staff about the service we received."

"We didn’t get off to a good start as we were given a key to someone else’s room. Upon opening the door the room was full of someone else’s belongings. It’s not a nice feeling as it’s a real intrusion into someone’s privacy. "

"Super charming hotel right in the middle historic central Den Haag. Easy access and walking to variety of restaurants and cafes. Public transit options to get to train station within a short block or two. Highly recommend!"

"Hotel Location is outstanding if you choose the seaside view. Rooms to the landside is poor. Please keep in mind for handicapped people this hotel has no elevator for his 3 floors. Staff is very supportive and kind. Parking slots are limited. "
