Fpr einen Kurztrip ist das Hotel absout in Ordnung. Lage perfekt und alles vorhanden was man benötigt für einen kurzen Aufenthalt. Ich selbst würde aber nicht länger als 3 Nächte bleiben. Zimmer: Einfach eingerichtet aber schön un alles vorhanden. Doesmal war unser Bett nicht so durchgelegen wie beim letzten mal. Leider etwas Annutzungen besonders an der Treppe (Suite) inkl Staub, Handlauf locker und im Bad viele Abnutzungen z.b. rostige Heizung und Fugen dreckig. Schön finde ich das man Kaffee und Teestation im Zimmer hat aber wäre schön nicht nur schwarzen Tee dort liegen zu haben. Bitte mal das Gästeservicebuch/Ordner überarbeiten. Sehr veraltet und der Aufbau auch nicht so toll und die Events von 2022 sind noch dort zu finden. Terrasse bräuchte mal eine Renovierung. Die Möbel waren diesmal okay, beim letzten mal sehr veraltet. Personal: freundlich und zuvorkommend Bar/Restaurant: Leider diesmal nur eine kleine Karte mit 3 geruchten in jedem Bereich und dann nur auf niederländisch. War etwas blöd. Essen war lecker aber erwas zu wenig. Waren bei 2 Abenden nur 1x dort essen. Frühstück; für drm Preis und die Kategorie alles okay und vorhanden. Es ist sauber, wird ständig aufgefüllt. Service nett. Eines müssen die Niederländer lernen, das wenn es schneit oder glatt ist, das die Gehwege und auch besonders vor dem Hotel geräumt/gestreut werden müssen. War eine Zumutung ans Auto zu kommen oder fürs Ein und Ausladen, besonders auch für ältere Personen.

Prima hotel

Mooie, nette kamer. Erg vriendelijk personeel. Prima ligging op wandelafstand van het strand. Echt een aanrader. Enige minpuntje: het hotel adverteert met milieubeloftes waaronder herbruikbare mokken voor koffie/thee op de kamer, maar we kregen kartonnen bekers.

Over het algemeen is ons verblijf goed bevalling. De communicatie met het personeel en de receptie was slecht Dingen die stuk gegaan waren en een vraag voor even de badkamer schoon te maken met schone handdoeken is wel opgeschreven maar niet gedaan. Wat we miste was een handgreep in bij de douche om veilig in en uit te stappen. Voor de rest was het goed

Vorige week viel het diner wat tegen, was niet warm en de keuze van de chef om over te stappen naar "truffel" (altijd nep) aardappelen was slecht, zeker nadat deze in de magnetron waren opgewarmd. Ze waren te droog en vielen uit elkaar. Personeel echter is heel behulpzaam.

Die Zimmer sind weder gepflegt noch sauber. Wir waren wirklich schockiert wie heruntergekommen ein 4 Sterne hotel sein kann. Spinnenweben an den decken, Stuhlgang Rückstände an der Wand hinter der Klobürste, Gelbe Flecken an der Duscharmatur und fleckige Vorhänge haben uns den Aufenthalt versaut. Außerdem war die Heizung leider auch ohne Funktion. Das Frühstück war okay und das Abendessen konnten wir leider nicht testen. Die Lage des Hotels ist aber echt gut. Insgesamt können wir dieses Hotel leider nicht weiterempfehlen und werden es auch nicht mehr buchen. Für leute die aber in die Region möchten können wir das Fletscher Hotel Kamperduin empfehlen. Das ist zwar von der selber Kette, aber viel moderner und besonders auch viel sauberer.

Von allen Fletcher Hotels die wir bisher besuchten, war dies das Beste bisher. Die Zimmer die wir hatten waren toll mit der Terrasse obig. Einzig die Treppe nach oben war Riskant. Der Empfang war etwas seltsam, wir hatten den Eindruck der Mensch an der Rezeption könnte Deutsch, doch die Konversation in Englisch war wohl wichtiger. Der Frühstücksraum bräuchte mehr Licht und Deko so wie im Restaurant. Wenn Sie einmal im Restaurant gegessen haben, verstehen sie was ich meine. Alles in allem, gerne wieder.

Schönes Hotel direkt an Düne und Strand

Es war insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Wir erhielten für unsere zwei Nächte ein Upgrade auf ein Familienzimmer und waren sehr angetan. Schöne Terrasse, saubere und ansprechende Zimmer, etwas steile Treppe, etwas kleines Bad, 30cm mehr im Gang des Bades würden schon Wunder wirken. Sehr freundliches Personal, gutes Frühstück (ich würde mich noch ein bisschen mehr über frisch gepressten Orangensaft und essfertig geschnittenes Obst ohne Schalen freuen, aber keine essentielle Kritik). Insgesamt ein sehr gutes Angebot in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Strand. In der Nebensaison kommen wir gerne wieder.
