Relaxed stay

A bit suprised at checking in, but the manager was very kind to make instructions to get a card key. Very close to the UK ferry terminal and good access to the north and south dunes. I enjoyed staying and very much relaxed.

Nice hotel - great seafood nearby

This hotel is clean, professional, and convenient. It is a 2 minute walk to the bus stop that can get uou to Amsterdam and Haarlem. There was a problem with check-in but the manager totally took care of us.

Great staff and clean hotel.

I cannot say enough good things about the hotel and staff. It was a nice, clean facility with breakfast included. The staff went over and beyond in facilitating my late check-in due to plane delays/Re-routing. They also were very helpful in coordinating taxis the next morning. Great, great staff!

Wonderful staff, check-in process super smooth, bicycle rental was a plus. Small room but used the space efficiently and none was wasted. Great rain shower and the view was interesting over the harbor. Located easily accessible to bus and bike routes and not far from the ocean. Definitely would stay again.

The good Service changed our whole stay.

The stay got so much better when the right person came along and provided EXCELLENT, friendly, helpful service. Christiana provided invaluable information on how to use the public transit and saved us considerable cost, then took the time to assist us with bike storage access. Recognition for her is well deserved.

Nice comfortable efficient hotel.

Automated check in was initially “stressful” as we were tired after long trip. However it worked perfectly. Later meeting people at reception to address aspects of our stay, they were king friendly and helpful. Much appreciated.

A good hotel, very near the DFDS Amsterdam to Newcastle service. Rooms spotless. Great bathroom. On site bar/ restaurant. Staff service was a little bit sketchy at times (Barman did not know what Brandy was!). Food at hotel lovely, but other eating options are nearby. Close to town centre - 15 minute walk. Bus to Amsterdam is 10 minutes away. There is a beautiful beach near by too - a 5 minute car drive or 10 unite bus ride or cycle away. I will stay again!

After two weeks of camping, we really appreciated the lovely bed and fantastic shower at this place. Not a lot of things were open when we got there later in the evening; if you are on foot, getting there from the Ijmuiden rail station is tricky. Not a lot of cabs want to come and get you. But the staff was truly kind and indulgent, and there's a bar and wonderful restaurant right on site. It's 700 m to the Newcastle ferry, and we know this because we walked it with our luggage. Thank you, and we would absolutely stay again.

Top hôtel et déco et fournitures. Manque de person

Nous étions de passage pour la nuit. Chambre au super décor pour 3 très grande avec de grands lits pour chacun. Une double douche, des produits bio, peignoir et chaussons. Bref le top! Buffet avec choix et machine à café thé de bar. Si nous devons repasser dans le coin nous irons. Le seul petit hic: des capteurs d’incendie trop sensible et près des douches: un client a déclenché l’alarme incendie de l’hôtel au petit matin, nous étions tous dehors au frais. Heureusement le proprio était sur place et nous avons pu rejoindre nos lits. Autre hic le check-in: pas si automatique avec les clés numériques et il fallait appeler pour trouver un receptionniste

Prachtig verblijf! Het ontbijt was vers en heel lekker. De kamer was schoon en gezellig, met zachte dekens en leuke details die het extra knus maakten. De douche was ook netjes en fris. De badjassen waren een fijne luxe! Echt een aanrader voor een comfortabel en verzorgd verblijf. 🌿🛏️

Zimmer gut. Dusche mit Vorhang nicht gut. Einzelbetten nur 80cm breit und Matratze inkl. Topper haben sich immer wieder seitlich verschoben, musste man mehrmals nachts richten (Tip: es gibt auch anti-rutsch unterlagen). Frühstück gut. Preisleistung zu teuer.
