"A beautiful property and the location is great."

"Good location close to the airport. Over priced for what you get. Front reception staff very rude."

"The place is nice: good pool for the kids, staff was mostly nice, food was ok for an all-inclusive. It seems that they keep things sanitary and clean, which is very important. Drinks were good too. Rooms were ok, but beds were not very comfortable and small if you plan to share a bed with a child. Those were twin beds with very inconvenient mattresses and pillows. Also, there is an open air club across the street which blasts music till 3am on Fri/Sat. If you get a room with the street view, it will be tough to sleep because of the street and club noise. There is no real beach at the property. You have to either walk to Maho beach, which is not that nice, but suitable mostly for plane watching. Also walking there is not very convenient--either through the street or stones and water, since they don't allow conveniently walking through the neighboring resort. There is another beach close by, but best to drive there. Also, will have to pay for beach chairs and everything else. Overall, it's not bad for the price, but I don't think I would go to this resort or island again."

"Our room and overall experience was amazing. Our concierge Bryan was very accommodating and helped us with everything from getting a taxi to making a plethora of recommendations for us to try. The room was spotless, the shower pressure and lighting (for makeup) were great, and the best part was the view! Waking up to the sound of waves crashing on the stunning private beach, relaxing to epic sunsets and enjoying the food and cocktail offerings at the different restaurants made this stay perfect for the birthday that we were celebrating. "

"We did get a partial view ocean room but after having to remind them about our reservation because they gave us a different room than what we booked. The service is bad, staff is lazy not worth the money you spend. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel, what the online reviews say are true and they are bad!"

"We had an oceanfront balcony. The view was beautiful, but we could not go on the balcony cause next door were smoking on the balcony even though it’s a non-smoking property."

"It’s close to everything. Shops,restaurants, and night clubs are across the street . Staff was great and super friendly! Food was sometimes cold in the Buffet and not alit of young people. There was more adults like 50 plus . "
