"The location is accessible to north and central Riyadh. The check-in was quick, and the staff were generally nice. While the hotel looks new, it is not yet fully functional. The internet worked only on the first day, on the remaining two days, the internet was not working. Fhe front desk that it comes on and off. There is construction next to the hotel, making it hard to sleep with the drilling noise outside even at night as they are working around the clock. The room is impossibly small that...

"The whole hotel stunk of smoke, utterly disgusting. Even in the non-smoking rooms the air con blew out disgusting air, standard rooms look out to a wall. There should be a disclaimer if staying at this hotel. Good variety of food, but the hot food was cold which was a shame. Limited food options, couldn't have breakfast as it wasn't served until 7am and I left at 630 to work. Room service was the same, 45 mins for anything. At the coffee shop you couldn't get a drink until 12pm. There was a lot...

"We LOVED this palatial property. The lobby florals were stunning and changed daily. We got a room overlooking the front fountains which I recommend. The swimming pool is the largest & fanciest I’ve ever seen. The service was incredible. Alesia in the lobby was very helpful and kind. Fascial the butler was equally attentive and funny.
