Circa 1901. Originally the town blacksmith, the old shop has had many lives. Now lovingly restored & transformed into a peaceful space to slow down, experience village life & all the Byron hinterland has to offer.
This private, spacious and bright two story loft style tiny home is complete with a wood fire, shower with a view to the heavens, loft bedroom, & fully equipped kitchen.
5 minutes to famous waterfalls & multiple waterholes, bushwalks, & incredible hinterland views. 15min from Clunes, 35min from Ballina & Byron.
Self-contained and with private courtyard and easy access to the town.

Amazing country stay!

We had an amazing stay at the little house in Dunoon - the area is amazing with so much to do - we enjoyed a sunset sip at the Whian Whian falls before retruning to a log fire, an outdoor bath and a beautifully comfrotable bed! Could not recommend this gem of a find any higher!

Perfect home away from home!

I was looking for a cute home to stay in for the week to use as our home base to come back to from our little day trips and it was perfect! The Old Shop was minimalist and clean and you could tell a lot of thought and love went into every detail of creating this little home. Courtney was a great host and happy to help us with anything we needed, responding to messages so quickly. I will defs be back to experience the Old Shop in winter!

Fanastic conversion of an old shop. Beautifully fitted out and a most interesting shower (I am sure you could almost see stars at night). Lovely sour dough bread, eggs and milk for a morning start.
