"I arrived late and Kevin on reception was a true professional. Then in the morning as I had business to attend the reception allowed me a late check out. A truly decent experience. I have previously used this hotel bar and cafe whilst I was en route to the ferry terminal. It’s a decent location for staying and a quick drink and bite to eat"

"It's a fairly small room for the price but was clean and adequate for me as a single person. I had a problem with the room at first but the staff changed the room for me . It's a nice quiet location with plenty of parking at the rear"

"Nice hotel and very good location. Lots of nice bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Handy parking, either in the hotel car park, or immediately outside on the street. The room was compact, but had a nice balcony to sit out. No aircon, so had to leave the window open a bit so aware of some street noise. All in all, a nice hotel"

"While located in an isolated part of Reims the area is being developed so may have more for tourists in the future. Great location and amenities for business travelling public. Very new and clean. Staff were very kind and welcoming and responded quickly to our requests."
