"The staff here were fantastic, I had a request pre-check in for a surprise for my wife, they helped make the arrival so much better. The hotel is very clean, the breakfast delicious, the gym equipment was good, clean and open 24/7. The spa was nice, clean and had a good facilities. The sea view room was perfect!"

"My second visit. Good location, big room and nice breakfast. We were also able to store our bicycles in the hotel. Would recommend the "Citadelle bar close by and the Thai restaurant not far away either."

"Great family room for stopover on our way to Calais with breakfast included and we parked at the harbourside opposite for free as it was sat eve/Sunday. We also had a lovely meal a few doors down!"

"Travelled by ferry from Dover to Dunkirk, hotel was a short drive from the port to an easily accessible car park very near the hotel with plenty of restaurant choices around. Staff were very welcoming and helpful at the hotel, and room had everything we needed."

"accès par escalier pas simple et sale. plaques de cuisson anciennes rouillées, casseroles inox tâchées et brûlées que j'ai du nettoyer avant utilisation. les autres casseroles anti adhésion ne peuvent être utilisées car hors d'usage. le propriétaire nous a dit que le volet roulant de la pièce principale devait être réparé, dans les avis précédents celui-ci était déjà HS en 2025. parquet flottant avec lames disjointes. Ventilation toilettes HS. Frigo bruyant. Canapé avec confort spartiate... appartement très bien situé. couchage propre. confort moyen."
