Great value and customer service, easy check in

Beautiful room and super helpful staff. I was able to check in after staffed hours without any hassle. Plus, as I was leaving, they called me to let me know I left something in the room. Location is only a 5 minute walk away from the beach, restaurants, adventure and skydiving facilities.

This was a perfect short stay getaway for Cairns and regional areas. The staff were very very friendly. The meals my wonderful the whole atmosphere very relaxing and enjoyable will definitely be back.

The property is amazing. Direct access and view to the ocean and walking distance to town. The rooms however are very tired and need a complete overhaul. Reception staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The poor restaurant staff are extremely understaffed and at times run off their feet. Unfortunately whilst we were there they were undergoing renovations to the restaurant and bar area which wasn’t pleasant when trying to have a nice relaxing breakfast. We opted to eat out after this...

For what we paid for and what was advertised on Expedia was exactly as that. We are happy to book there everytime we want to go away. Highly recommend it.

I did a same day booking, looking for a place half way between Alva Beach and Cairns. Great find. I booked a sea view queen and found the room to be rather impressive for the price: clean, well appointed, great view, and a lovely restaurant. While I was only there overnight, I could certainly see a longer stay being enjoyable.
