There was no manager at checkin. Eventually we found a guest who let us in and told us the manager had gone home sick and and pointed us to some envelopes with names on them for our checkin. On arrival in the room the fridge was not working and milk in the fridge had gone off. We did not have anyone to contact about these things

Excellent location, easy walk to city centre and easy access to SH1 North & South. Good supermarkets and resturants nearby. Bright, clean and spacious room. Overall great value and customer service.
