Quiet suburban motel.

Very quiet, opposite bush in suburban area 10-15 minute walk to and from town. Lovely unit nice outlook and firm bed. My unit had a bathtub too. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely and quiet area of Dunedin city. David and Brenda were amazing and went above and beyond for our family. Will stay there again when we come back to Dunedin.

We loved the peace and quiet - listening to the birds. No traffic noise. Plenty of on-site parking which is not always the case. The hosts are to be fully recommended - very friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend this motel.

I’d give it a 10/10. From the beginning, the communication has been nothing but superb. They have a kind and efficient staff, amazing rates (the rooms are so fancy and clean!I was gladly surprised), great centric, albeit quiet location, impeccable rooms, eco soap and shampoo❤️, attention to detail. We chose this motel after reading the reviews and we were not dissapointed. Thank you David and staff! We’ll definitely see you again.

Very welcoming when we arrived which was late. Room was spacious and lovely decor. Bed was comfortable and shower awesome. Would stay again but would book a downstairs unit next to time.

We arrived after 8pm, then followed the instructions for late arrivals, but no one answered. We had to stay elsewhere. It’s the next day and they still have not contacted us. We would at least expect a refund as they did not provide the service we expected or

the service was wonderful! so lovely and very helpful. the room was absolutely gorgeous. the tv in the room i was in had netflix on it, which felt so homely and the internet was so strong, didn’t have to wait forever for netflix to load (if that’s your type of thing). beautiful view from the balcony. so close to town, made it so easy to find our way there and back!

Rough night in Dunedin

Dunedin is a nice city, reminds me a bit of San Francisco. The hotel is located near a lot of stuff in a pretty nice area. We had high hopes pulling up and for the most part it was ok. Once we got in our room however we were underwhelmed to say the least. The beds were the most uncomfortable we have slept on during our 3 weeks journey and there isn't an actual bathroom door. It appears to be a piece of plywood with a broken catch latch at the top and a slide lock that wouldn't engage...completely astounded us that a hotel would find that acceptable. Seemed like something that should be in an outhouse toilet somewhere. Besides those things it was nice to have a sink and dishes and the bathroom itself worked very well.
