Very comfortable and quiet stay
Comfortable accommodation, nice quiet street, and very responsive hosts - when a heater wasn't working, a replacement was delivered the next day. You really need a car staying here, but for our family of 5 it was great.

Stunning interior and comfortable
This beautiful home featured high ceilings with ornate plaster, spacious rooms and super comfortable beds. A quiet,safe neighborhood and the home had every amenity you could ask for! We cooked our own meals and enjoyed walking to st Claire beach as well as using the outdoor area at the home. Would definitely stay again!

Relaxing stay in Saint Clair
The property was spacious and clean. Good beds and large bedrooms. Nice tidy kitchen. Very handy location to St Clair's beach and a short drive into Dunedin city center. Great for a family stay we would stay again.

Slice of heaven near St. Claire beach!
What a beautiful home! Spacious, clean, well appointed, quiet in a lovely neighborhood within walking distance to the beach. The details in each room from the ceiling moldings to the stained glass windows made this a perfect stay for our family. Perfect!

Quick stay in St Kilda (Dunedin)...
Julia's place is in a quiet neighborhood a short drive from Dunedin town center. From the adequately stocked kitchen to the spacious layout it was perfect for my short stay. It's clear that this property is cared for and was very clean when I stayed. Great for a couple or small family. If you're coming to Dunedin for a visit don't hesitate to stay here.

Property was well equipped, good size tv, warm and spacious. Close to St Clair beach. Negatives would be that the mattresses were a bit soft for us. Worth noting for others is that theres no garage so cars park on street. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.
