Best Western the best

We spent 4 nights at Best Western Dunedin. We were upgraded to a double room unit so had plenty of space. We were able to keep the room very warm as we were there mid winter and it was raining most days. Laundry facilities were great.

had a 2 night stay in different rooms the beds were hard and uncomfortable springs popping etc would have been better to sleep on concrete wont stay or recommend as a place to stay again,wasnt worth the money .

The room and facilities were nice, although when we arrived the staff had said they had put our room up for people to book. Luckily no one had booked it so, in the end, we could stay although it was not very reliable.

The hotel itself is nice, and our room was nice. Nothing spectacular, but nothing poor. Unfortunately for us, the hotel is at a very busy intersection so traffic noise was an issue. If the hotel was located in a quieter area, we would have rated it higher. We would probably not stay there again.
