"First, there was no hot water the entire stay. I checked in around 6 PM and was told the boiler had been turned back on and I would get hot water soon. I waited until 2 AM—still no hot water. The next morning, there was still none. On top of that, the shower wouldn’t drain properly. I called to speak to a manager, but he was not helpful and never followed up. I was unable to take a proper shower the entire weekend. Housekeeping was also a major issue. I had my Do Not Disturb sign on, yet staff entered my room twice without knocking. I told them we were checking out the next day (we had to use Google Translate since they didn’t speak English), and they acknowledged it. Despite that, about an hour later, another housekeeping staff member tried to enter again while I was getting dressed. Thankfully, I had the safety chain on. To be honest, the situation felt very uncomfortable and unprofessional. The food at the restaurants was also underwhelming, and prices were extremely high (for example, $10 for a bottle of Fiji water). On the last night, a group of about 10 people were partying loudly in a nearby room for over 2 hours. There was no response from security or management, despite the disturbance. The rooms were somewhat clean, but overall, the experience was unacceptable for the price"

"Don’t stay here! Especially if you have kids! I am already used to and desensitized by ridiculous resort fees, sure we paying for hotel but need to pay extra to use amenities??! This time they tried to charge $26.99 or so plus tax (don’t wanna forget that) for early check-in, since we dared to come in an hour early(around 3pm). They just started this policy a few weeks earlier, before you could check-in at 2pm with no extra fees. I guess they figured a new way to take peoples hard earned money, slots were not doing enough. Somebody probably even got a promotion out of it. By the way pool closes for kids at 6pm, so if you come check-in around 4pm, stand the line, go change, etc. you may have 1 whole hour to enjoy it!! Stay away from this place and save your money! Go to Ameristar, at least they let you check-in at 2pm! Thank you Expedia for having my back and refunding my money!"

"I was so disappointed. I will NOT be staying again. The property gives off a work and tired feeling. This feeling is confirmed by the dated furniture and scratch marks throughout the hotel room. The nice thing about the room is the bathroom. The bathroom is pretty nice. And the price is just a few dollars less expensive than The Monarch down the street. And The Monarch is such a nicer property. "

"Unfortunately, our stay at the Hyatt Place in Keystone was a complete bust!! The main reason we booked was the beautiful hot tub with the mountain views, the restaurant on site and the proximity to A Basin. The hot tub was closed. But thankfully, they had a second one that was literally in the parking garage. Ground floor, no view, smells of exhaust as you would expect in a parking garage. The on restaurant at check in, she said would be open at five, decided not to open, which left us with DoorDash as our option for dinner. The free breakfast was quite literally the most disgusting display ever. The bar had dirty plates, knives, cream cheese, and butter pieces of cereal everywhere. Pancake syrup with no pancakes. Bacon tray that listed sausage and bacon as options had only tiny little discs of probably Canadian bacon? No breakfast potatoes available and the fresh fruit was literally a bowl of mixed berry, probably frozen berries… soup. The coffee lids didn’t fit on the coffee cup, which led to a huge spill in my beautiful new car. In the room, there were several things broken, including the toilet, which they didn’t care… We used The Lobby. The blinds, the AC. We called the front desk in the evening to ask for toiletries we forgot. signs everywhere to do so, but nobody phone and when we went in person, nobody showed up at the desk after waiting for 20 minutes. We stayed a lot of places, and occasional not great experience. But this is the worst in the past 20 yrs. By far!"

"Staff was wonderful! The rooms are definitely old, strong smell of old smoke in the air. Odd setup of the room. Not quite inviting, yet not completely off putting. It was a safe place to spend the night. I’ve definitely stayed in worse and in better. Wouldn’t plan a long stay or plan to stay in the room more than just for basic sleeping and showering. "

"Almost everything was great and maybe I’m just used to being spoiled by other hotels but they wanted to up charge me to get a two bed instead of the one bed we got, it was the same price too! I just accidentally chose the wrong one. I know my fault but whatever they didn’t care! Made me feel unwelcome. The manager or she claimed to be one, was rude about it too. Told me it’s ONLY $10, okay if it’s Only $10 than you cover it. If it’s not a big deal to you… They charge for everything here tho. Idk I’m used to feeling wanted at hotels and used to staff making sure I’m comfortable and happy. Just different experience. Great view, place is clean, and breakfast was good. Just treat customers like you want them there especially if you’re a manager, I personally didn’t like that. "
