"They served a great breakfast. The restaurant staff and hotel staff were very friendly. The rooms and hallways were meticulous and decorated nicely. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants the best hotel experience in Dumaguete. It was also on a quiet street really close to the airport."

"Really loved the staff, so friendly and accommodating! The location was sweet 🙂. Near the main street and easy to find and access. The room we got was meh. No windows in a family room felt too tight and claustrophobic. There was a main bedroom that had windows but the other “bedroom” was actually just a space with a bunk bed. The unit was also not directly accessible to the pool. The kitchen was complete, we used that area a lot. We never figured out how to use the tv, I think there should be instructions on how to operate it. Toiletries provided were only good for 2 for a family room that was advertised as good for 6 people. Even blankets and pillows were not enough. Wifi aas strongest by the main property/pool area. "

"I walked out and want my money refunded. The place was not as advertised. It sat directly in back of a gas station and smelled of burnt rubber and gasoline. My hands even smelled of it. The room was small and the temperature was 40 C when I entered. The AC did not cool it. It was oppressive. I tried to contact Expedia but to no avail."

"Easy to find, close to port. The staff was excellent, we left a couple of items while checking out and they kept it for us for a few days until we could retrieve them. Excellent service! Highly recommend!"

"Rooms are small but clean and with good aircon. Good that there is an airport shuttle, and that it’s also really close to the ferry terminal. Very noisy though if you’re on the end, it’s like there isn’t a window in, and you can hear everything outside so clearly. Didn’t realise there was a communal kitchen / pantry on each floor, would be good to explain this at check in as I was disappointed not to have a fridge. "
