"Lovely hotel with comfortable rooms and lovely common areas. Staff all lovely. We arrived during a period of unrest as there was a massive fire opposite the hotel and police tape all around half of the building - there was excessive smoke, including in the hotel itself and the outdoor pool was closed. Whilst this wasn't in any way the fault of the hotel, it did detract from our experience and the hotel management could have done better at managing this e.g. by a resort credit or other amenity to...

"Hotel close to public and private beach. Neptun part of a bigger hotel-compleks. It was not clear to us how to find the reception which is in one of the other hotels. The hotel has lots of activities (whock we did not use). It's easy (and cheap) to use public transport for visit in Piran where there are lots of restaurants. Conclusion: Good hotel with balcony view to the see/Marina. Close to swimming area in the see."

"There's nothing in the room, no bottle water, no water heater/boiler, no teabag, no coffee machine, nothing! I booked the sea view room, gorgeous view, with balcony. But if i want to hold a coffee or tea on balcony in the morning while enjoying the beautiful view, no way! What a pity. I called and asked, i am told NOT ALLOWED to make tea or coffee in room, come to the bar instead. "
