Great location.
Great location - right in the middle of old town. The "front desk" was a little strange in that it was in the Tezoro restaurant. In fact that whole section of the street is Tezoro. But other than that all was good except we didn't have the TV remote - so no TV. But that really didn't matter because there is so much to do and see in Dubrovnik.

Great location, the restaurant served great food and the staff were friendly, but room a little tired now, Toilet seat broken, the window didn't open but didn't shut either and was very noisy all through the night, Wifi didn't work well.

Great location in Old Town Dubrovnik with restaurants right outside the door. Room was clean and in good shape. Due to the location can be a bit noisy earlier in the evening or early in am as they are getting restaurants ready for the day. Not an issue with ear plugs and window closed.

Needs a Refresh
The location is perfect but the noise level above the restaurant was very loud. The lighting was poor and bedside lamps were malfunctioning. It needs a refresh in aesthetics. We loved the area and the restaurant was great for dinner.

Family Trip in Old Town Dubrovnik
Stay was great. Excellent location in the heart of Old Town Dubrovnik. Tezoro restaurant across the street was amazing as well.

Sketchy check in process. Waitstaff of Tesoro restaurant from across the building checked you in with key to room and security code to front door. They take picture of your passports and send it to the hotel management. We were assigned room on first floor and it smelled of sewer the entire time.

Great Guest House Experience
Amazing stay. Excellent location in the center of Old Town Wall. Spacious room and comfortable bed. Owner and staff very friendly. The restaurant offers traditional local cuisine. Exceptional service. Will stay here again.

Great location in the heart of the old town, but I wouldn't recommend it for a winter stay. The bedding was insufficient for the winter, and the window wasn't exactly air tight so we we're rather cold overnight. There was an air-con with heating function but this wasn't working. I rang the given number and asked that this be looked at (there were no staff onsite ever) but it was not. Eventually I realised that the batteries in the remote had run out and I purchased some batteries myself to fix this.

Family vacation for four- rented two rooms. Very noisy all hours of the day/night and terrible service- no toilet paper replenished for two days. Door lock was broken. Good location for activities but too loud to sleep.

Really great location and the beds were clean and comfortable. Found the communication before check in not great. Seemed like the staff had no interest in being helpful. The advertised “provided airport shuttle” was not through them, they just showed us where the bus stop was on a map. Although our room was clean we seen a couple cockroaches in the stairwell. One seemed to be killed and sat on the stairs for the entire time we were there. (3 days). Our room smelt like sewer. Really stinky, we had to air out our room throughout the day. Very noisy. Overall, I was happy our room was clean but I would not recommend staying here again due to the smell and cockroaches.

Excellent location to be in the center of the Old Town. So convenient to shops, surrounded by many wonderful restaurants, in the hub of it all. I loved the feeling that my room in the building location, felt more like going to ones own apartment, rather than a hotel. I would suggest bottled water, teabags and instant coffee be in the refrigerator for guests on their first day of arrival. These are things I found later to buy myself but for first time arrivals that would be a nice touch.

Room and location where excellent I can’t complain. There is no reception area on premises so you need to make sure you let them know the time you’re will be checking in or no one will be there. The person that was there for me was very helpful! Also since the Hotel is attached to a restaurant at the lower floor you will and I mean you will be woken up by the servers in the morning setting up the restaurant for breakfast it started around 5-6am both days I was there. If you want to be in old town Dubrovnik this is an excellent location!!!

Good location in the old city. Hard to find. Check in is at a different location than where your apartment is. VERY basic accommodation. Noisy since it is right above a restaurant. Weak WiFi. Had higher expectations for the price. The check in staff was very nice and helpful (don’t be alarmed. Check in is at a one room “storefront” with a couple of laptops)

- Overwhelming drainage smell for the entire stay. Could not sleep easily it was that strong. - Sound from the street was very loud, we understand the late night sounds from the restaurant below which at least stopped at 2 am. The cart? delivery? sounds with yelling and thunking to the restaurant downstairs began at 5 AM. So we slept an average of 3 hours a night. - Was sent so many emails from the property turns out you need to go somewhere else to check in and be escorted BACK to the property. NOT fun in the rain dragging your suitcases back and forth. - You will have to call them or email them to access the reception so make sure you have both data and roaming paid for if you want to contact the property. - Sent error emails where we were told our credit card failed payment. When I wrote to them, from a ferry!, got this "Previous email was sent automatically,please disregard it." HOW do you send an automatic email to a guest that their payment was failed???? Extremely unpleasant start to our trip in Dubrovnik.

The fact that the property was downtown within walking distance of all the attractions was very appealing to us. It felt like we went to Grandma's place. The coverlets are privet disgusting and don't match. The noise from the restaurants below give you only a few hours of good night's rest
