Johnny,We are truly sorry for the poor rating you gave us.This is just unfair to us since the only reason for it is you booked a room without reading any information that leads to your disappointment.We are sorry you oversaw the information that all our 7 rooms come with a double bed (we do not have twin room neither space in the room for extra bedding).You mentioned you want the room with the yellow sofa as per picture. Our rooms have all the same amenities except colors and layout are different and one room has a sofa but this is not a bed - it is a small one to sit and it cannot be converted into a bedding.We are truly sorry that travellers do not read properly before making a reservation and without any consideration to business, rate 2/10. We are always grateful for constructive feedback and accept that sometimes things are wrong but in your case, it has nothing to do with the accomodation and our service.We strongly recommend you in the future to be more cautious and read the information. It would avoid such situation and putting business down with a poor rating.Best regards,

We are delighted that you and your family enjoyed your stay at our two-bedroom apartment in the Old town.The location is indeed great as no outdoor stairs ( a rarity in the old town) and there are 15 indoor stairs.For travellers sensitive to noise, the apartment has sound proof windows and wood shutters to prevent from any noise. If requested we always try our utmost to meet the demand according the availibilities. There is no elevator in the building itself as renovations were under Unesco protection. There are 45 stairs to climb to reach the 3rd and top floor. We 're so sorry about the cistern and the inconvenience you experienced since the 6 other studios were occupied and we could not change the room. Actually the cistern was changed in June so we contacted the plumber company for maintenance and unfortunatly despite the urgence he did not show up during your 3- night stay. We sincerely apologise. Dear Ron, Thank you so much for sharing your experience. We 're sorry to hear that you felt like in a prison during your 4-night stay with us. The window opens onto the pedestrian narrow alley and vis a vis a historic stone house and there is light coming in. At your check-in, you were unhappy not to be allocated in the sea view room since you reserved your stay long time in advance. We have through your reservation and you never asked for the only sea view room and neither pay for it since we DO NOT have option for a sea view room. We would have loved to move you to the studio with a view but it was already occupied and no available for your short stay with us unfortunatly. For future travellers we would like to clarify: There are 7 studios in total spread on three floors plus one on ground floor. There are all similar with same facilities. Only studio # 6 offers a view of the cove. As a small property we cannot guarantee any specific room and there is no extra charge for the sea view as some properties do. We always sincerely do our best to meet guest's demand according the availabilities on arrival. The sea is 20 meters from the property and the cove is a little heaven right at your doorsteps☺ Note that the the sea view unit is on 3rd and top floor ( 45 stairs to climb) and there is no elevator as the building itself is under UNESCO protection. We hope travellers will read your helpful review and our comments to avoid any misunderstanding in the future. As for the bedding, while this is a wall bed system, they all have ergonomic bed that shall provide guests a better comfort. Sincerely,

The studio 6 is on 3rd floor and top floor and there is no elevator in the building. We had rooms available in lower floor if you would have mentionned it to us during your stay.
