"The shower tiles in my room were moldy and the bathroom wall tiles had spots of mold on them. Bathroom fan was not working."

"Room was clean. Buffet breakfast had a variety of items. Enjoyed our dinner of Irish Stew in the restaurant. Staff at breakfast & dinner were very efficient & friendly. Front Desk staff were helpful in ordering taxis for us."

"We travelled to Dublin for our friend’s wedding and stayed at St. Helen’s Hotel for two nights. The staff were so lovely and welcoming, and we were lucky enough to receive a room upgrade with an amazing view. The hotel itself was beautiful, but the outdoor garden wedding venue was absolutely stunning. It made such a beautiful setting for a wedding, and we would definitely recommend St. Helen’s for both a stay and as a wedding venue. We had a wonderful experience."

"The location was perfect, and the rooms comfortable. We were in a basement room, which was comfortable and decently sized, but overnight had an intermittent mechanical noise from outside the room. We were still able to get plenty of sleep though. Super easy to get to from the Dublin Express bus from the airport and walkable to Guinness or other points of interest."

"The rooms were clean, the service of the staff was exceptional, always willing to help with a smile, my only complaint was; no wash clothes (I believe it's aEU thing) no tea or coffee in room. But everything else was wonderful."

"The property has an excellent location. Restaurants and bars and tourist sites within walking distance. Has restaurant , coffee shop and bar on property. All the shopping you want within 5min. Also food markets across the street. Can’t say enough"
