- Our home is just a couple miles from lake proctor and located between Comanche and Dublin with easy access to several other towns including Deleon, Brownwood, Stephenville, and more! The house includes a large living room, full-size kitchen with full-size appliances, four bedrooms, a fully fenced front yard, backyard, and pasture and barn for horses if needed. Fully furnished
