Restrooms a little small, sometimes slightly noisy outside environment due to the place being next to an intersection. But if you’re just looking for a comfortable bed with hot showers, great a/c, cable tv, and parking right in front of your room, all at the best price you can find in Stephenville, this is your place. "This property is one cottage of many. We stayed in Cordelia which was in the very back of the property. Though it is a cottage community, privacy was not lacking. Perfect spot for a needed getaway."
