Family holiday
House was well located and matched the description. Kitchen had more cooking equipment than most places do, which was great because we were cooking for ourselves. A few additions like detergent in the laundry and shampoo in the shower covered a few things we’d forgotten. There were some dishes that needed washing, but overall the house worked well for our family and communication with the host was prompt and helpful. Thanks!

First impression upon arrival was poor as the front yard is not maintained. It was a pleasant surprise upon entering the house, clean , well stocked with everything you need, a very comfortable liveable home

Short stay
A one night stop over Dubbo in retrospect should have stayed two as lots to see and do. Property was comfortable and it was spotlessly clean. Good communication with owner to access property. Garden needed a little tlc, property was dog friendly as was garden.

Family-friendly get-away
We had a great stay - our 2nd time here with our family of 7. The kids appreciated the books and toys and the swing out the front. Comfy beds and living space. Within walking distance to Elston Park and eating places. Thanks for a great stay Michael and Melgrace 😊

Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again - 5 stars
Everything you expect and more. As advertised but photos don't do it justice, I was impressed. Comfortable, quiet, private, great property overall for singles, couples, families, small groups, kids and pets. Awesome and affordable meals at Dubbo South Tavern (very short walking distance). I was very pleased that this property exceeded my expectations and would stay here again for sure.

Great Place in Dubbo
A really comfortable and functional house. It well located not far from shops and other facilties. Verry clean, and everything worked. We had our three dogs with us, who were very secure in the enclosed yard. If you go to Dubbo we highly recommend this place.

Great home base
Very pleasant stay in Dubbo. House has everything that you could need (including a sandwich press!). Easy walk down to the pub for dinner. Great fenced in yard if you have wandering kids. Beautiful and warm and toasty the minute we walked in.

great stay
stayed for a few nights whilst travelling west. Property was: as advertised; very pet friendly. my golden retriever loved the space and it was secure, so i felt assured and let him play in the yard. The property was pleasant and the bed was very comfortable. Good position for what we needed, Traffic noise not too bad for being located on busy road. The house was far back enough that street noise was minimised

Comfortable house for large group
It was easy to check in and the owner replied very promptly to messages. House was comfortable, especially the beds, and there were nice living areas for a group of 7. It was clean but there were a few 8 legged friends around. Kitchen was fairy well-equipped but the knives were a bit blunt. Thanks for a great stay!

Nice Dubbo cottage

A really great house with everything you need for a family or two. Very well equipped, comfy beds, conveniently located, smooth check in and helpful accommodating host. Clean enough but the place smelt like a deep fryer. Decor and furnishings were real houso. I booked and paid for 2 nights and was so depressed by the place I left after the first night. Lots of anti social activity on the street all night. Dogs barking, didn’t get any sleep and was concerned my car was going to be broken into or stolen.

Just what I needed
I stayed here for one night with my dogs after a long day of driving. The house is very well set up with a large securely fenced backyard. I would imagine this place would work well for a family with young kids with high chairs and toys thoughtfully supplies. The bed was comfy, the shower was good and the tv and wifi worked well.

Had a great time in Dubbo. The property was was very clean, comfortable and suited all our needs during our stay. Only thing was ceiling fans were nosy and fist bedroom fan wobbled so much thought it might fall. Couldn’t work out how to get normal TV channels , instructions would have been greatly appreciated. Overall a very nice experience and would stay again if we holiday in the area again Highly recommend

Dubbo stopover
We just stayed one night to break up a long drive. This house was convenient, clean and comfortable. Owners were friendly and clear in their communication. Key in lockbox made for simple and quick arrival and departure. Not a lot open in Dubbo on Good Friday but we managed to find somewhere for dinner. Suited our purposes - better than a motel.

Shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer, 3 lovely bedrooms and aircon. Very spacious - I was there with my 2 adult sons - and the second smaller living area gave a feeling of additional space. Had to use the Spa bath.. of course, and the boys enjoyed a bit of Netflix. Five minute drive into town. Thank you!

St Angel's Lair
Michael has gone to a lot of trouble organising this comfortable and spotless house for guests. Fresh fruit in a bowl, generous supplies in kitchen and bathroom and effective airconditioning. The air fresheners caused me a few problems because of allergies but I did not specify this when I booked. I am sure the free to air TV wll soon be connected. The only other thing was information about getting in could have come a bit earlier to us. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay very much. He also texted me to say we had left a book behind. Thank you

Hidden Gem
On short notice for booking the host was very helpful and friendly with whole process. Very clean and well presented house. Would definitely recommend this place and would stay again next time when are we are in Dubbo.
