"Good apartment that felt like more of a B&B than a hotel, there are things that you need to do such as emptying the trash and no housekeeping included. You can request items through the app which is very handy, and fast communication. The staff are very courteous and helpful. The rooms are well stocked but the shower needs to be improved, takes a while for hot water. Located 20 mins walk from Dubai Mall but tends to be quite humid in the evenings. Few supermarkets nearby but traffic will get busy in the evenings as it is located in Business Bay. You can use food order apps delivered direct to your apartment."
