BellaVista Apartments - 29 Boulevard is a 15 minute walk to the Iconic Burj Khalifa & Dubai Fountains and Mall. Its' prime location allows convenient travel options with a variety of restaurants and mini-marts right in the neighborhood.
The space
The apartment is fully furnished featuring a dining and living room area complete with a flat-screen TV, sofa bed and a balcony overlooking the Dubai Iconic Burj Khalifa and Dancing Fountains. It comes with 2 bathrooms and a powder room, a well-equipped kitchenette with a stove, dishwasher, coffee maker/kettle, microwave and fridge. The apartment includes a hair-dryer and a laundry facility with washing machine, iron, ironing-board and clothes rack.

Take advantage of the gym facilities, outdoor pool and kids playground with all round 24H security all for the convenience of our guests.
Other things to note
You will be required to pay a security deposit of AED 1000 to guarantee against damages. This will be fully refunded at the time of checkout upon confirmation of no damages.
