"This was my first time in Dubai, so I was somewhat nervous about lodging in a place I had never been to. However, Alessandro and Mrs. Hla were excellent. They were very responsive to my every need and made me feel comfortable in a foreign land. The property was great too. Very spacious, clean, and comfortable. Oh, did I mention the views?? The views were amazing; I felt I was on top of the world. Great location and near everything!"

"The property is new but it is not an appart hotel, it is an appartment without the services of an hotel. It is well decorated but we had an appartment in the U of the building and therefore no sun in the appartment. "

"On arrival, we were put into the wrong apartment for the first night. We then changed to the apartment that had been advertised. It wasn’t as clean as we are used to especially in Dubai; the floor and sofa was stained and the glass on the balcony was filthy. My biggest concern was that we didn’t have gas throughout the trip so if we did wasn’t to cook, it would have been difficult. There was no kettle either so we could not boil water. This was resolved with a kettle being supplied to us but...

"Stayed at this hotel just over a week and everything was great.Genuinely one of the best places I have ever stayed at.The size of the rooms are great and come with a great range of amenities that are extremely useful and make you feel more at home.We had a duplex room and a superior 2 bedroom room and both were stunning and had great views.The staff are extremely kind and provided the best service during our stay.I would recommend this hotel highly."
