"Good location to all shops and restaurants in Williams. Breakfast was typical continental. Nothing special about the food. The heater is weird. A small space so got hot fast. Almost unbearable even at a low setting. Was cool or hot all night. "

"Room was clean but very small. Two outlets didn't work. The TV was positioned so that you had to look at it from an angle in bed. There were no night stands not even a shelf for your water. I called the front desk to let them know that I would be leaving around 11:20 instead of 11, check out time and I was told no problem. At 11:20 exactly the owner banged on the door telling me to "leave, check-out was at 11!" My ride showed up five minutes later."

"Reserved the room through Hotels.com and when we arrive at 10:15, the hotel office was already closed for the night. Attempted to call the hotel directly and got not answer. Called Hotels.com and was told the office is open until midnight. Clerk finally opened the door 45 minutes after our arrival and refused to check us in due to it being after 10 pm. Was refused a refund due to “checking in through a third party”. WARNING, DO NOT GO TO THIS PROPERTY! "
