"Old dilapidated, dirty, there was hair in the bed. The shower didn’t work, the coat rack, soap dispensers and bathroom racks were falling off of the walls. We couldn’t get out of there fast enough. We will never stay there again"

"Property was exactly what you’d expect for a La Quinta. Clean, decent amenities, the free breakfast wasn’t gourmet but the kids loved the waffles and it was super convenient. The gym was closed for renovations at the time which was unfortunate but not a massive issue."

It's quaint, charming, comfortable, clean, and very centrally located within the town. The staff is very helpful and friendly. My only (small) issue, mentioning only to warn others who might not be used to it, freight train tracks are right outside the hotel and the trains come very late at night - they LOVE to blow their horns at all hours of the morning. Everywhere you'd stay in Williams you'd hear them, honestly. Not the hotel's fault at all."
