Margaritaville Resort Lake Tahoe

"As always, the hotel was VERY well kept, very clean and quite quiet, considering how full it was! I would give 5 stars straight across the board, BUT, upon checking in, we were given the wrong room/keys and had to stand in line a second time to get things corrected. AND, apparently the 10 or so “free” parking spaces that used to be available on a first come first served basis, were digging a bit too much into the net profits/greed, and were roped/blocked off to make sure that no matter where you went, you had to pay through the nose simply to park your car……on top of the $50.00 a night “resort” fee. Felt like we were in San Francisco or Los Angeles instead of the Sierra Nevada mountains……. And yes, I know “everybody” is doing it, but, that doesn’t make it right."

"This hotel was perfect! Its a hidden gem. Staff was very welcoming and helpful, room was nice and spacious. The location was great and the overall look of the hotel was beautiful. I will definitely be back!"

"Great location and overall a good stay! The hotel is right next to Target and many stores, and very close to the lake. The free breakfast was basic but decent. There’s also an ice machine and laundry facilities downstairs, although I didn’t use the laundry because the area didn’t look very clean. The only downside was that the floor in the room was quite dirty. Other than that, everything was good, and I enjoyed my stay!"

"Loved this hotel, Ashley at the front desk was amazing and the breakfast attendant was super sweet! The room was spacious, beds were comfortable, and the amenities were great. I gave 4 stars for cleanliness because there was a stain in the carpet by the desk and spider web above the hanging lamp in the corner. Also the housekeeper didn’t make our beds only took the trash and replaced the towels. Great location for our visit to Lake Tahoe!"
